Palmer was one of the comedy actresses featured on *The Hollywood Reporter*'s annual Comedy Actresses Emmy Roundtable on Thursday, appearing alongside *Saturday Night Live* star Ashley Padilla, *Hacks* star Hannah Einbinder, *Abbott Elementary* creator and star Quinta Brunson, *I Love LA* creator and star Rachel Sennott, and *Friends* and *The Comeback* star Lisa Kudrow.

At one point during the nearly hour-long conversation, the moderator asked the group, "What's everybody's appetite for potty humor?"

Padilla shared that her *SNL* castmate Sarah Sherman "kills it" when it comes to gross-out comedy, which led to Palmer commenting, "It must be on some '2 Girls 1 Cup.' Taking it back to the day."

The out-of-left-field comment immediately caused half of the table to erupt into chaos: Einbinder guffawed, while Sennott burst into laughter and Brunson admonished the *The ‘Burbs *star, "Keke!"

But Palmer was not to be chided.

"Y'all remember that? We didn't know what we were being exposed to," Palmer said, while Kudrow and Padilla continued the thread of their own conversation on either side of her. "We should have no business. They should have protected us!"

Everyone got even more animated as they began talking over each other in response, with Einbinder suggesting that Palmer should be "on the Senate floor" pushing for "legislation" protecting anyone from seeing something like "2 Girls 1 Cup."

The moderator admitted that he had never seen the video, to the visible shock of Brunson and Sennott, and the approval of Palmer.

"Good, you did the right thing," Palmer told him, while Sennott proposed that the group "watch '2 Girls 1 Cup' at the roundtable."

Brunson was vehemently opposed to the idea.

"That was the start. That was the start of all the bulls---," Palmer declared to the continued laughter of Einbinder and Sennott. "It was the beginning of the end," Einbinder added.

"2 Girls 1 Cup" is the unofficial name of a highly graphic clip from a Brazilian fetish porn video that went viral in 2007. The video became a well-known shock video, prompting viewers to record and post reaction videos and famous figures to create their own parodies.

That sense of humor and ability to create a viral moment on any occasion is exactly why Palmer was the hottest draw during a recent * *game in which celebrities were asked where — and with whom — they’d like to sit at the movie theater.

Throughout the game, stars including Mandy Moore, Lewis Pullman, and LaKeith Stanfield all selected her as their seatmate, even going as far as to make the "executive decision" to remove Palmer's token from her spot and move her so they could sit with her.

When the actress was asked about the game while visiting *The View* on May 20, she blushed and hid her face as the video played on screen.

"Oh, my gosh, well, it just makes me feel so giddy," Palmer confessed. "And then I'm like, 'I don't want to disappoint y'all, so I better bring out my best work!'"

She added, "It's just so sweet. It really is."
