The year is 2026, but Brandi Glanville is coming after LeAnn Rimes like it's 2009.

The *Real Housewives of Beverly Hills* alum reacted to Rimes' emotionally raw "deep jaw release" video, which the singer shared on Instagram March 29, deeming the procedure "not that big of a deal."

"I don't understand why I saw it," Glanville told James Maas on the April 3 episode of the *Brandi Glanville Unfiltered* podcast of Rimes sharing the video of the medical technique used to relieve tension in the jaw caused by stress. "I've had that done a million times, I have TMJ [temporomandibular disorder], and so they put on gloves, and they go inside your mouth, and it's very painful. I think I just have a really high pain tolerance."

"She seemed happy, though," Maas insisted of Rimes, who is married to Glanville's ex-husband, Eddie Cibrian. "She was, like, it felt good. At the end of it, she cried, and let out, like, a sob of emotion."

"I just don't know why you share that," Glanville sharply replied. Maas then told the reality star that Rimes has been "sharing all of her health journey at the moment," to which she responded, "Oh, like me. So weird."

"I'm staying right out of that one," Maas said.

"Well, I hope she goes better. Yeah, and that was that on that," Glanville concluded, laughing. "It's just not that big of a deal, is what I'm saying. It's not that painful."

Both Glanville and Rimes have been open about their health journeys as of late, with Glanville sharing in February that ruptured breast implants leaked silicone into her body and clogged her lymph nodes, leading to an infection that caused facial disfigurement.

Rimes, on the other hand, not only underwent the fascia treatment but combatted "microtoxins" in her body with a "plasma exchange" in January. She decided to have the procedure after her veneers fell out mid-performance last year due to dental damage.

"Listening to my body and choosing what feels supportive for this season of healing, especially after a very busy year of filming and touring," Rimes captioned an Instagram video at the time. "I demand so much from my body and it’s incredibly important to me to take the best care of it I possibly can."

Glanville and Rimes have a storied history after Cibrian had an affair with the singer during his marriage to Glanville in 2009. (Glanville and Cibrian share two sons, Mason and Jake.) The pair got divorced in 2010 and Cibrian married Rimes in 2011.

"Marriages break up all the time. People have affairs. Happens every day. It matters how you handle yourself after and if you're actually remorseful," Glanville told *Glamour* in 2013. "I've never found LeAnn to be remorseful. I found her to be like, 'Nah-nah-nah-nah-nah, I got your family.'"

Years later, it appeared the women made amends as Glanville told the *Hollywood Raw* podcast in 2021, "Honestly, I think we both grown up quite a bit, and we both love Eddie's parents. We both love the kids, and Eddie's going to be in my life for the rest of my life."

She continued, "We bicker still like we're married when we're not. We're like sister wives. It's me and LeAnn and Eddie."

In terms of Rimes' feelings on their dynamic, she told *E! News** *in 2018, "The key to doing it right? A lot of grace. A lot of not taking things personally. The kids are the most important thing and they know the love is there and like any blended family everybody sees, even though you don't think the kids see, everybody sees the ups and down. They know everyone loves them, they know everyone is committed and we're always there for them."
