Former *Storage Wars* cast member Darrell Sheets was not under the influence of drugs when he died in April.

The Mohave County Medical Examiner's Office in Arizona confirmed substances including cocaine, fentanyl, and other drugs were not present, as revealed in Sheets' autopsy report, obtained by Us Weekly.

The report noted that tattoos were present. Sheets had a joker, a checkered flag, a female, and the number 58 inked on his body, though they didn't cause his death, officials said.

"The body is that of a well-developed, well-nourished adult male," noted the report, which also confirmed that Sheets had died by suicide.

The former star of the long-running A&E series, on which he was nicknamed "The Gambler," was found dead April 22 at a residence in Lake Havasu City, Ariz. He appeared to have suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.

At the time of his death, law enforcement officials announced in a release, "On April 22, 2026, at approximately 0200 hours, officers with the Lake Havasu City Police Department were dispatched to a residence in the 1500 block of Chandler Drive in reference to a reported deceased individual. Upon arrival, officers located a male subject who suffered from what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. The male was pronounced deceased on scene and the Lake Havasu City Police Department's Criminal Investigations Unit was notified and responded to the scene to assume the investigation."

After appearing on 163 episodes of the reality show over 15 seasons, between 2010 and 2023, Sheets had left the series, but he'd continued to seek valuable finds through his own antique shop, Havasu Show Me Your Junk.

Immediately following his death, another personality from the reality competition series, Rene Nezhoda, said that Sheets had recently been bullied.

"He had a guy really, really tormenting him lately and cyberbullying him," Nezhoda said on social media. "Guys, just because you watch us on television doesn't mean you know us. It doesn't mean you know what we're about. Also, it doesn't entitle you to bully somebody."

Nezhoda encouraged law enforcement officials to look into the allegation, which they confirmed to EW they were doing.

A&E lamented the loss of Sheets when he died.

"We are saddened by the passing of a beloved member of our *Storage Wars* family, Darrell 'The Gambler' Sheets," the network told EW. "Our thoughts are with his family and loved ones during this difficult time."
